We decode culture

We are not always aware of cultural differences, and that can have a negative impact on the success of an international project. Even in a globalised world, behaviour and biases can become a huge obstacle if not taken seriously. We have been studying those differences for many years and have shared our knowledge and experiences in several publications. During intercultural management training programmes for expats, we have also helped companies incorporate the cultural dimension into their strategies.

On the strategic partnership front, we help Latin American companies find the right partner in Europe and European businesses connect with their counterparts in the Southern Hemisphere. Intercultural management is key to build long-lasting relationships, as both parties have to overcome cultural differences in order to work together. Among others, we help producers in Latin America find importers or distributors in the Benelux region.
